Eli Qarkaxhia was looking to unify his teams under a name that could speak to investors and homebuyers alike. He listed out key traits he wanted the brand to emote and we used those to qualify each proposed name. The name “Q & U” felt personable, committed and approachable.
The color palette was inspired by construction materials, both traditional and contemporary.
